Customers’ information (including the information on their transaction) may be provided to outside parties such as regulatory body in UAE and Korea, Al Etihad Credit Bureau(AECB) and any other auditing firms auditing KEB Hana bank Abu Dhabi(Wholesale Bank Branch) for audit purpose only.
Within the Bank, customers’ information will be accessed by certain internal departments that need it for them to comply with contractual and statutory obligations.
Other than under the above circumstances, customers’ information of all sorts must not be provided to any external parties unless written confirmations from customers are obtained.
