• 1. Individual : A copy of your passport, Dutch ID card, and proof of address
• 2. Corporate : KVK, Annual Report, Business Plan,
  Articles of Incorporation, Official Shareholder List,
  Company Structure Chart, a passport copy, Dutch ID card
  and proof of address signed by an authorized signatory
